If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds for items returned in an unused condition within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  It will be your responsibility to return the item in a saleable condition to the manufacturer that shipped the product.

All warranty issues are to be handled directly with the manufacturer, but we would like to be notified, so we can monitor and intervene if the need should arise.  We will be there to help you, you are our customer.
